The agreement
By using Hostloop you agree to these terms. The contract is between you (the customer) and Hostloop (a sole-trader business based in Devon, UK).
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The first month is charged alongside the £199 one-off setup fee. Pricing in GBP. VAT charged where applicable.
Cancellation
Cancel any time with 7 days' notice. No long-term contracts. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the first month's subscription fee. The setup fee is non-refundable after configuration is complete.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hostloop to send spam, harass recipients, or breach UK communications law (PECR, GDPR). We may suspend accounts that do.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the English courts.
